Nokia Canada today announced that it will soon launch its first two Windows Phone devices in Canada. The Nokia Lumia 710 is headed exclusively to Rogers while the Nokia Lumia 800 will be a TELUS exclusive.
“I am extremely excited to introduce the Nokia Lumia family of smartphones to Canada. The Nokia Lumia 710 and the Nokia Lumia 800 combine our passion for design and powerful functionality with the intelligence and capability of Windows Phone,” said Richard White, General Manager for Nokia Canada.
Rogers will offer the Nokia Lumia 710 sometime in February for CA$49.99 with a three-year contract as part of its Smartphone Lite lineup. As for the Nokia Lumia 800, we only know that it is “coming soon” in black, cyan or magenta.
Does this mean that Bell could soon announce the Nokia Lumia 900 as its own exclusive? It would be nice to see all three Nokia Lumia smartphones in Canada!
