Research In Motion has opened up registration for its upcoming BlackBerry 10 Jam World Tour. Much like the original event, these one-day sessions are meant to give developers “insights on the BlackBerry 10 platform; its strengths, the vision, and how developers can make apps that stand out to app-hungry BlackBerry users.”
Four North American stops are planned, including Toronto on June 21st. Registration is open for all of these:
- June 5 – Austin, TX, USA
- June 7 – Santa Clara, CA, USA
- June 19 – New York, NY, USA
- June 21 – Toronto, ON, Canada
Montreal and Atlanta, which had been listed on the original BlackBerry 10 Jam World Tour announcement, no longer feature on the list. No reason has been provided for their disappearance.
Similar events are also planned for Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
A limited number of BlackBerry 10 Dev Alpha devices will be available at each event. You can apply to receive one during registration.
