ASUS today announced the Transformer Pad Infinity TF700 will launch in the U.S. the week of July 16th. A 32GB model will sell for US$499 with a 64GB model to sell for US$599. Both will be Wi-Fi-only but 3G/4G models are also expected if somewhat later. As with other Transformer tablets, an optional keyboard dock will be available for an additional US$149.

The ASUS Transformer Pad Infinity is very similar to the Transformer Prime but will not have an all-aluminium body likely to address its predecessor’s GPS issues.
When originally unveiled at MWC 2012, a 16GB model had also been announced but it will either be released later or not at all now.
There is no word yet on Canadian availability. Hopefully it will launch around the same time.
