Apple will hold a conference call on Monday, March 19th, 2012 to outline the outcome of the Company’s discussions concerning its cash balance. In attendance will be both Apple CEO Tim Cook and CFO Peter Oppenheimer.
When Apple announced its latest financial results, it revealed that it then had nearly US$100 billion in cash. It added that executives were “actively discussing” what to do with this money.
Many Apple investors have been pushing for a cash dividend. Tomorrow we will know whether this is the direction that the company will move in or if it has something else in mind.
