When Google unveiled its Google Nexus 10 tablet on Monday, it indicated that it would be available in 16GB and 32GB configurations. Developed with Samsung, it features an eye-popping 2560×1600 (299ppi) display as well as a 1.7GHz dual-core Samsung Exynos 5250 processor and Google Android 4.2. But, as with other Nexus devices, there is no microSD card slot to expand storage beyond what is onboard.
A promotional image posted on Samsung Korea’s SamsungTomorrow website suggests that those looking for more storage may not have to wait too long for an announcement. The image shows a third model, this one with 64GB of onboard storage. The image has now been pulled down but not before we managed to grab a screen capture:
The 64GB model is otherwise identical to the other Google Nexus 10 models.
Whether Samsung revealed too much or just made an error remains to be seen…
Thanks, Joe!
