Photos and specifications of a new HTC device have surfaced. The new device sports a particularly large display (4.7-inch) and will run the Mango version of Microsoft’s Windows Phone. With the current Windows Phone chassis requirements not supporting dual-core processors, it’s no surprise to see a single-core processor in the specs.

There is no word on which carriers might offer the HTC Eternity, its pricing, or availability (although it will need to wait for the release of Mango which is coming later this year).
