WIND Mobile today announced that the WINDspeed Pocket Hotspot (also known as the Huawei E583) is now available at its stores. It should also be available for order on its website later this week. It is available as of today.
The WINDspeed Pocket Hotspot allows you to carry the Internet with you in your pocket and create your own mobile Wi-Fi hotspot virtually anywhere!
The WINDspeed Pocket Hotspot offers quad-band GSM and dual-band AWS connectivity (downloads up to 7.2Mbps and uploads up to 5.76Mbps) to up to five devices using 802.11 b/g Wi-Fi connectivity. It also supports SMS messaging.
WIND Mobile is offering the WINDspeed Pocket Hotspot for CA$120 or CA$0 with the WINDtab.
