Toshiba today formally announced its 10.1-inch Android 3.0 tablet and finally gave it a name. It will not be called ANT after all but will be known as the REGZA AT300. Only one model was announced despite rumours that there could be three (varying according to onboard storage capacity).

The REGZA AT300 was announced in Japan where it will be available in June for about US$725. Back in January, Toshiba also indicated that it was headed to North America in June but there are no additional details at this time.
