Toshiba Canada earlier this week announced that its first Android-powered tablet will be available in Canada in August. While already available for pre-order (and going on sale in July) in the US as the Toshiba Thrive, the Canadian version still lacks a name.

The Toshiba Tablet will be available in 8GB, 16GB, and 32GB configurations for CA$429, CA$479, and CA$579 respectively. It will be available from Shoptoshiba.ca, Best Buy, Future Shop, Staples, and Walmart.
