Tbaytel will be making some improvements to its HSPA+ network this week in response to some technical issues experienced by some customers and in some specific areas.
Ongoing monitoring and testing of our recently launched HSPA Network paired with customer feedback has identified that our HSPA Network is performing well in most areas. However, it has also identified that small groups of customers as well as some specific areas within the City of Thunder Bay are experiencing issues. We are currently working to correct any technical difficulties.
Tbaytel has provided the following schedule (with disruptions lasting up to 4 hours during the maintenance period):
- Monday September 19th AM: Vickers, Court Street
- Monday September 19th PM: Academy, Lithium, Riverview
- Tuesday September 20th AM: Rosslyn, Hazelwood, Main Street
- Tuesday September 20th PM: Wardrope, Current River, Neebing
- Thursday September 22nd AM: Burwood, Shuniah
