After teasing everyone at CES with an announcement light on details, T-Mobile USA and LG today formally unveiled the G-Slate tablet and revealed a few of the specifications, including its 3D capabilities.
T-Mobile G-Slate specifications:
- Processor: 1GHz dual-core NVIDIA Tegra 2
- Operating system: Google Android 3.0 (Honeycomb)
- Connectivity: 4G (HSPA+)
- Other connectivity: Wi-Fi
- Display: 8.9-inch HD with built-in support for 3D graphics (glasses required)
- Storage: 32GB onboard
- Camera: Dual rear-facing 5MP with LED flash for stereoscopic video capture / Front-facing 2MP
- Connectors: HDMI out
T-Mobile is still not providing much information in terms of availability, promising only that it should ship “this spring.”
