ThisIsMyNext.com has landed some details about Sprint’s Q3 product roadmap. A “trusted source” has shed light on a number of upcoming devices.
The Samsung Epic 2 is set to succeed the original Samsung Epic 4G with a 1.2GHz single-core Hummingbird processor, a 4-inch display, and an 8MP camera. Like its predecessor, it packs a slide-out QWERTY keyboard. All in all, not a huge upgrade.
Sprint also has a “full touch 4G” Samsung device lined up but details are slim. This could well be the Galaxy S II rebadged as the Galaxy Within.
It’s not all Android though. Sprint will also launch the BlackBerry Bold Touch and Monaco (as the Volt?). Both should be capable of global GSM roaming. Sprint also has a number of new push-to-talk devices coming from Kyocera, Sanyo, and perhaps a new push-to-talk BlackBerry.
