The Samsung SCH-i405 (also known as the Samsung Stratosphere) is one step closer to its Verizon launch after getting its FCC clearance. As is often the case, the FCC documents reveal only a few details due to the manufacturer’s confidentiality request.
The public documents confirm that it will support LTE as well as CDMA/EVDO and come with GPS, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Earlier rumours add that it will come with Android 2.3.4, an “awesome” display (Super AMOLED Plus?), 2GB of onboard storage, and both rear-facing 5MP and front-facing 1.3MP cameras.
There are no availability or pricing details as of yet.
