With the success Samsung has had with the Samsung Galaxy S and Galaxy S II, is there really any doubt that it is working on the Galaxy S III? According to an anonymous 4Chan user (the same who got to play with a Google Nexus Prime), development is well on its way. While the tipster did not see any actual prototype, he apparently saw some pictures and overheard discussions about features and specifications:

Samsung is looking to unveil the Samsung Galaxy III at the Mobile World Congress in February 2012. A worldwide release would follow in mid-2012.
If this turns out to be remotely accurate, the Samsung Galaxy S III will be a very impressive device. It also gives us a taste of what could be under the hood of other high-end handsets coming next year.
