N4BB.com is reporting that RIM may be testing horizontal keyboards for future devices. While this is not the first time that RIM is considering such keyboards, it appears that RIM is far more serious about them this time around.
Citing “multiple sources,” the report suggests that RIM is considering a few different designs, including some that are quite different from traditional ones. Some of these are already in the hands of testers.
It remains to be seen if RIM will ever release a landscape slider device.
