Full specifications for the HTC Thunderbolt 4G (formerly known as the Incredible HD) have emerged but they may be too good to be true unfortunately. German site HTCInside.de reports the following specifications:
- Processor: Dual-core 1.2GHz Snapdragon (MSM8960)
- Operating system: Google Android 2.3
- Connectivity: Quad-band LTE
- Other connectivity: GPS/A-GPS, 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi, Bleutooth
- Display: 4.3-inch touchscreen
- Storage: 16GB onboard, microSD cards
- Camera: Rear-facing 8MP with dual-LED & front-facing 5MP
- Battery: 1,800mAh
Earlier rumours suggested that the Thunderbolt would come with a single core processor. While the Qualcomm MSM8960 processor was announced a while back, it is not expected to begin sampling until later in the year. At the time, Qualcomm did not disclose its clock speed. Assuming that the rest of these specifications are correct, perhaps the processor will be a 1.2GHz dual-core MSM8260 Snapdragon.
All should be revealed next week at CES 2011…
