Following the release of the Google+ app for the iPhone last month, Google has now released an update that extends support to the Apple iPad and iPod touch. Aside from the additional device support, version 1.0.2.1966 adds new Huddle settings, aggregated circle add notifications, and some performance and stability improvements.
The iPad version simply doubles the app’s resolution rather being a native application making use of the iPad’s larger display.
Google+ launched at the end of June and has already topped 25 million members despite registration still being by invitation only.
