Notion Ink’s CEO, Rohan Shravan, is indicating that Google will release the code for Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) on November 17th, the same day that the Galaxy Nexus is apparently to go on sale in some parts of the world.
Shravan seems to have a decent track record with predictions in this area. Last year, he correctly called out when Android would release Gingerbread. Earlier this year, he indicated that Android’s next reference platform would be based on the OMAP chipset and Ice Cream Sandwich.
