The Google Nexus S 4G appears set to receive an Android update that will bump the version number to 2.3.5. One key feature of the GRJ90 update appears to be that it will enable the NFC chip to work with Google Wallet.
The relatively minor update also adds a number of other enhancements and improvements. Among these is a new 4G settings widget, TTY support, and improved Wi-Fi connectivity and 4G signal reception.
The update could be pushed out via OTA as early as July 11th.
