The Verge has learned that Hewlett-Packard is set to hold an all-hands meeting led by CEO Meg Whitman later today where it could announce its decision on the future of its webOS mobile operating system. The meeting is scheduled for 16:30 PT.
A Reuters report suggests that HP is looking to sell the division after its decision this summer to exit the webOS hardware business. Potential buyers include Amazon, Research In Motion, and Oracle.
