As CTIA Fall 2011 kicked off today, Motorola and AT&T announced the Motorola ATRIX 2, the successor to the original ATRIX.

The new LapDock 100 comes with a 10.1-inch display, two USB ports, a full-sized keyboard and two-finger scroll pad. It is compatible with the Motorola ATRIX 2, PHOTON 4G, and DROID BIONIC by Motorola. It promises to also be compatible with future Motorola webtop-enabled devices.

AT&T will launch the Motorola ATRIX 2 on October 16th for US$99.99 with a two-year contract.
