Best Buy Canada today announced that it will be the exclusive Canadian carrier for the ASUS Eee Slate Tablet (announced at CES 2011). Now available for pre-order, it is the only Windows 7 tablet that they currently offer.

The 32GB SSD/2GB RAM model will sell for CA$999. The 64GB SSD/4GB RAM model will sell for for CA$1099. Best Buy expects to receive its first shipments on February 18th, suggesting that shipments would begin soon after.
Best Buy will also run a contest from February 11th to February 24th and give away three of these.
