Another US carrier could soon be offering the Apple iPhone. BGR.com has landed pictures and a few details of an iPhone 4 prototype supporting the T-Mobile USA 3G bands. The device is nearly identical to the current iPhone 4 but runs a test version of Apple’s iOS (with apps like Radar and Apple’s employee directory).
BGR.com suggests that Apple is unlikely to release an iPhone 4 for T-Mobile but is instead testing the radios for possible inclusion in a future device (like the iPhone 5 perhaps).
Should such a device hit the market, it is not inconceivable that Mobilicity, Videotron, and WIND Mobile could also offer it here in Canada, given that they support the same bands.
