With October just about over as I write this, it should come as no surprise that TELUS will now have to come up with a new target date for the Android 2.2 update for the HTC Desire. TELUS Support has hinted via Twitter that it will be soon without giving a more specific timeframe:
We got word that Android 2.2 has been pushed back and will be out in the near future in Q4
I just hope that HTC Desire owners don’t have to wait as long as HTC Hero owners did for the Android 2.1 update…
