T-Mobile announced via Twitter that it will release the Windows Phone 7-powered HTC HD7 on November 8th with pricing to start at US$199.99 with a two-year contract. The tweet says it all:

T-Mobile will also offer the Dell Venue Pro but its release is expected to take place sometime later.
