It appears that Sprint could be the first carrier to launch the upcoming BlackBerry Bold 9650. An inventory system screenshot suggests that it could be available as of May 16th.
The screenshot suggests that pricing will start at US$199.99 presumably with a two-year contract up to US$449.99 without a contract.
Rumours of the BlackBerry Bold 9650 first surfaced late last year. Billed as the successor to the BlackBerry Tour 9630, it will add BlackBerry OS 5, Wi-Fi connectivity and an optical trackpad but is otherwise not expected to be a major upgrade.
Verizon is also in the running to offer the BlackBerry Bold 9650 but its launch date is rumoured to be in late May.
