Palm’s stock jumped today after rumours hit that Lenovo was looking to acquired the beleaguered company. Stock has surged about 20 percent since news broke this morning.
It’s not clear at this point what Lenovo’s plans for Palm could be. Could we see future Lenovo smartphones running webOS?
Palm has been the subject of many takeover rumours over the years. In the past, companies such as Dell, Motorola, Microsoft and Nokia have all been ruumoured to be buyers.
