Only days before Rogers Wireless is expected to formally launch the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10, pricing details have been leaked, confirming earlier rumours. It will be available for CA$149.99 with a three-year contract, CA$449.99 with a two-year contract, CA$499.99 with a one-year contract, and CA$549.99 with no contract.
The Xperia X10 will be powered by a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon QSD8250 processor and Google Android 1.6 with the Sony Ericsson UX customized interface (with signature applications like Sony Ericsson Mediascape and Timescape). It will come with quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE and tri-band (800/1900/2100MHz or 900/1700/2100MHz depending on market) UMTS/HSPA connectivity, a 4-inch WVGA capacitive touchscreen display, 1GB of phone memory, A-GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, an 8.1MP camera with auto-focus and flash, and a microSD card slot.
A 16GB microSD card will also be included with the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10.
