The Cellular Guru has landed a Rogers Wireless internal inventory system screenshot that suggests that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Tab could cost as much as CA$750 contract-free.
But doing a quick check of pricing for some other listed devices (Such as the Samsung Focus, the Samsung Messenger, and the Sony Ericsson Vivaz) reveals that the prices on this screenshot appear to be consistently higher than no-contract pricing offered on the Rogers website. We could yet see a lower price yet.
Considering prices for the Samsung Tab south of the border, I would not expect contract-free pricing to fall much below CA$650. For example, T-Mobile USA is offering it for US$599.99 contract-free. AT&T pricing could be higher (US$649 if rumours turn out to be true).
