Nokia launches new X6 without Come with Music service

Nokia announced today that it will offer a new Nokia X6 variant. Described as the “baby brother”, it will come with only 16GB of onboard storage (unlike its bigger sibling with 32GB) and without Nokia’s Come with Music service.

The Nokia X6 is powered by a 434MHz processor and the Symbian^1 operating system (which incorporates Symbian OS and S60 5th Edition). It comes with tri-band (900/1900/2100MHz) GSM/GPRS/EDGE and tri-band (850/1900/2100MHz) HSDPA connectivity, a 3.2-inch 16:9 nHD touchscreen display, a 5MP camera with dual-LED flash, aGPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.0, and a 3.5mm stereo headphone jack.

The new Nokia X6 will be compatible with the new Ovi Maps and will come preloaded with games such as Spore,Asphalt4 and DJ Mix Tour.

The Nokia X6 will be available later this quarter. Pricing has yet to be disclosed.
