Nokia today announced that the latest version of its Ovi Maps software with free walk and drive navigation is now available for the Nokia E71 and E66. Since introducing it back in January, Nokia has slowly been offering it to an increasing number of devices (including the Nokia E72, Nokia N97 mini, and X6 among others).
To install the update on your E71 or E66, you will need to download the update from nokia.com/maps to your PC and install it to your device using Ovi Suite.
Nokia also announced that it will not offer this version of Ovi Maps on other S60 3.1 and older devices. But all new Nokia smartphones will come with it installed.
