Is WIND Mobile about to revamp its data plans? So seems to suggest a post at HowardForums.com that outlines the alleged new plans:
BlackBerry plans:
- Infinite BlackBerry – CA$35 per month:
– Unlimited Internet, Email, Social and Instant Messaging
– No overage tariffs since there is no limit to use data - Charged BlackBerry – CA$20 per month:
– 500MB of data (enough for about 500 emails with several pages attachment in word/excel/pdf, about 500 web pages and about 500 instant messages per day) - Social BlackBerry – CA$10 per month:
– Unlimited Instant Messaging, Facebook and MySpace
– Social BlackBerry add-on does not offer access to Internet
Other Data:
- Infinite – CA$35 per month: Unlimited data
– For frequent use of mobile internet
– No overage tariffs since there is no limit to use data - Charged – CA$20 per month:
– 500MB of data (enough for 300 emails per day or browse 150 web pages per day) - Social – CA$10 per month:
– 50MB of data
– For regular use of mobile internet
– Enough to get you about 1000 emails, or browse about 500 web pages on your phone - Pay-per-use data: Right for you if you are a casual user and need to access about 10 emails per week or occasionally browse about 10 internet pages per week
If these turn out to be accurate, it looks like WIND Mobile is responding to customer’s requests to have more flexibility in their data plans.
