A new HTC smartphone has been revealed by its FCC filing. The HTC “PD42100” may still lack a proper name but pictures of the device undergoing testing but Verizon branding has revealed where it is going. The documentation also reveals a number of details about it.
The HTC PD42100 will sport both CDMA/EVDO Rev.A and GSM connectivity, a 4-inch display, a slide-out QWERTY keyboard, 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth. The button layout confirms that it will be an Android device.
There is no word yet on availability and pricing details except for the fact that it’s headed to Verizon (as another DROID?).
