Motorola announced the iDEN/CDMA Motorola i1 back in March, promising a Sprint summer release. The carrier today revealed availability and pricing details. It will be available starting on July 25th through direct ship sales channels, telesales (1-800-SPRINT1) and online (www.sprint.com/motoi1) for US$149.99 after a US$50 mail-in rebate and a two-year contract. It will be available in all remaining Sprint sales channels beginning on Sunday, August 8th.
North of the border, TELUS Mobility announced that it will offer the Motorola i1 sometime this fall. Specific availability and pricing were not revealed but you can sign up with TELUS to receive updates as they become available.
