New pictures of the rumoured Google Nexus S have surfaced, this time over at XDA Developers. Along with the pictures come some new details from their anonymous source.
New specification details suggest that the Samsung Nexus S will come with an ARM V7 processor (possibly dual-core) with support for Open GL ES, either 512 or 328MB RAM, either 1 or 2GB of onboard storage, a 4-inch display running at 800 by 480 (and possibly Super AMOLED 2), as well as a camera capable of 720p HD video. It also appears that Gingerbread will indeed be Android v2.3 as rumoured back in October.
It’s likely that an announcement is imminent, especially considering that Google CEO Eric Schmidt himself teased us with a quick look recently. Could an announcement take place at the upcoming D: Dive Into Mobile conference which will start on December 6th and where Andy Rubin, VP of Mobile Platforms at Google, is expected to speak?
