It looks like those rumours of Rogers launching a new flanker brand to take on new wireless players such as Mobilicity and WIND Mobile are true. Chatr Wireless now has a web address (although there is nothing there) as well as its own Twitter account.
The Twitter account description promises:
Arriving Summer 2010 in Canada, watch out we will have 3G Coverage across Canada
