A day after announcing the Google Nexus One, Mobilicity has launched the BlackBerry Curve 3G for CA$299.99.
The user-friendly BlackBerry Curve 3G joins the BlackBerry Bold 9700 ($449.99) in Mobilicity’s growing smartphone lineup. Mobilicity’s unlimited plans range from its teen and tween-friendly unlimited text and picture-messaging plan ($15/month) to its unlimited data, unlimited global text, unlimited talk and unlimited North American long-distance plan for $65 a month – Canada’s best all-in-one wireless value.
Blackberry Internet Service (BIS) and unlimited data is available for CA$20 per month, giving customers unlimited web browsing, email and BlackBerry Messenger (BBM) for as low as CA$35 per month.
As with other carriers who have launched the BlackBerry Curve 3G, an update to BlackBerry 6 is promised in “the coming months.”
