Mobilicity today announced US and global roaming for its customers. Roaming is now possible in over 60 countries across the world.
In addition to providing its valued customers with unlimited zones and national coverage across Canada, the new wireless carrier makes it easy and affordable to connect with family, friends and business associates while traveling or doing business in the US, Caribbean, India, Europe and many other popular destinations.
Mobilicity will charge a flat-rate CA$0.25 per minute on calls from the US to Canada and within the US. Global roaming will cost CA$3.25 per minute. Global SMS will cost CA$0.50 and data will cost CA$15 per MB.
Mobilicity is planning to expand to Edmonton, Ottawa, and Vancouver this month, giving customers new unlimited coverage zones.
