LG is one of the Microsoft partners scheduled to unveil Windows Phone 7 devices when the mobile OS is formally released (October in Europe and November in the US?). Details are now emerging about these devices.
First up is the LG C900. The QWERTY slider looks to be headed to AT&T, a rumour supported by FCC documents that show support for WCDMA bands II and V. BGR.com reports that it could be called the Pacific, a name that has been rumoured in the past.
The Bluetooth SIG, for its part, has revealed that the C900 could be announced as early as September 28th (supporting the LG promise to announce its first WP7 phone in September). The filing shows that several variants (for different markets?) will be offered:
This end product is called LG-C900N, LG-C900k, LG-C900B, which is a kind of 3G celluar phone. The supporting features related to BT of this models are like bellows; – RF : 2.1 + EDR – Profile : HSP, HFP, A2DP, AVRCP, PBAP This model will be available on Market around 2010-09-28.
The second Windows Phone 7 LG device to be revealed is the E900. According to a blurry video, it does away with the slide-out keyboard.
It’s not clear if LG will announce the E900 at the same time as the C900.
