Let’s wrap up the weekend with an interesting rumour: According to MobileSyrup.com, they have now received three tips that LG is planning to bring its LG Aloha to Canada in July.
Past rumours suggest that this could be LG’s next Android flagship device. It is supposed to come with a 1GHz Snapdragon processor, Google Android 2.1, GSM/GPRS/EDGE and UMTS/HSDPA/HSUPA connectivity, a WVGA touchscreen display, 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi, a slide-out QWERTY keyboard, and a 5MP camera. And if these latest rumours are correct, you can add a 3.5-inch AMOLED capacitive touchscreen to the list.
There is no word on which Canadian carrier would offer it. Could it be WIND Mobile which is currently testing its first Android device? Or a more established player such as Rogers? Stay tuned.
