Google is now offering live phone support for its Google Nexus One customers. The service is limited to questions about existing orders and a Google order number is required to speak to a customer support representative. The move comes after Google’s online support forums were flooded with customer inquiries after the launch of the Google Nexus One.
The new number is 1-888-48-NEXUS (or 1-888-48-63987) and is open from 0700 EST to 2200 EST.
Technical support, repairs and returns will continue to be handled by HTC and service issues by T-Mobile.
