The BlackBerry Curve 8520 is now available from Fido here in Canada.
The BlackBerry Curve 8520 is powered by a 512MHz processor and the BlackBerry OS. It comes with quad-band (850/900/1800/1900MHz) GSM/GPRS/EDGE connectivity, a 2.46-inch QVGA display, 256MB Flash memory, 802.11 b/g Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.0+EDR, a 2MP camera, a 3.5mm stereo headset jack, a microSDHC memory card slot (supporting cards up to 16GB), and a 1150mAh battery. Aside from the traditional QWERTY keyboard, it also comes with an optical trackpad for navigation and dedicated media keys at the top of the handset.
Fido is offering the BlackBerry Curve 8520 for CA$50 with a three-year voice and data contract, CA$350 with a two-year voice contract or CA$400 without any contract.
