Rogers Wireless appears to be getting ready to offer a third tablet device (after the Apple iPad and the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Tab. According to a leaked document obtained by Phandroid.com, Rogers will add the Dell Streak to its tablet lineup in early November.

Dummy units (hidden away under lock and key) should be in stores in late October in preparation for the early November launch.
