If a leaked Dell flyer and internal documents turn out to be accurate, Dell looks set to use call its upcoming MID/slate device the ‘Streak’ as suggested earlier. The flyer shows the Streak in a number of colours and finishes.
The documents also confirms some specification details that had been revealed by previous rumours. The Dell Streak will be powered by Google Android (2.0 perhaps). It will come with a 3G connectivity, 5-inch WVGA touchscreen capacitive display, a front-facing VGA camera and a 5MP camera with auto-focus and flash. It looks set to pack a number of Amazon services including a Kindle e-book reader application, Amazon MP3 and Amazon Video On Demand.
There is still no word on availability and pricing. But if Dell is working on flyers, can an official announcement be far behind?
