With the BlackBerry Torch 9800 announcement barely behind us, two Canadian carriers have already announced plans to offer RIM’s first keyboard slider. Rogers Wireless and Virgin Mobile were the first out of the gate but I expect that we will see similar announcements from other carriers shortly.
Rogers Wireless promised that the BlackBerry Torch will launch “in the coming weeks” without providing further details.
Virgin Mobile made a similar announcement via Twitter, indicating that the BlackBerry Torch is “coming soon”:
