TheCellularGuru.com is reporting that the upcoming BlackBerry Bold 9780 is headed to Rogers Wireless. “Convincing proof” from an anonymous source indicates the launch is planned for mid to late November. It is reportedly already undergoing carrier tests.
The BlackBerry Bold 9780 will succeed the BlackBerry Bold 9700 with a number of hardware improvements. It will sport 512MB RAM (doubling that of its predecessor), a 5MP camera (compared to a 3MP one) and BlackBerry 6.
Other rumours suggest that the BlackBerry Bold 9780 is also headed to AT&T and T-Mobile USA.
