Better Business Bureau gives F to Canadian wireless companies

The Better Business Bureau has given Canadian wireless carriers a failing grade due to the number of complaints lodged against them. Since the beginning of 2009, Bell Mobility recorded 1,020 complaints. In the same period, TELUS Mobility recorded 751 complaints and Rogers Wireless another 685. Complaints include contracts, dissatisfaction with the customer service or coverage, and confusion about final bill costs compared to the advertised costs.
