Only a few weeks ago, Bell Mobility announced that it would launch the BlackBerry Torch 9800 on September 24th (along with Rogers Wireless, SaskTel, and TELUS). It has since pushed that release back to October 1st according to its landing page for the Torch. No reason has been provided for the delay.
Bell has also confirmed pricing for the Torch 9800. It will sell for CA$199.95 with a three-year contract or CA$599.95 without a contract.
As of the time I write this, Rogers is still showing the Torch as coming on September 24th. Both SaskTel and TELUS show it as “coming soon.”
