Apple today announced that the Apple iPad will be available in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, Switzerland and the UK starting on Friday, May 28th. As reported earlier, pre-orders will begin on May 10th.
Apple did not reveal international pricing yet but The Globe and Mail reports the following Canadian prices:

Rogers Wireless has already promised that it will offer iPad data plans but has yet to reveal details.
The iPad will launch in a number of additional countries, including Hong Kong, Ireland, and New Zealand, later this summer.
