According to a Howard Forum post, Fido (a Rogers flanker brand) will launch the Android-powered Acer Liquid E on September 29th. Pricing is rumoured to fall around the CA$50 mark with a three-year contract and CA$350 with no contract.
Acer Liquid e specifications:

Rogers launched the Acer Liquid e earlier this summer. Its pricing is a bit different from the rumoured Fido pricing (starting at CA$29.99 and up to CA$424.99 with no contract). I’ll take the pricing rumours with a grain of salt.
